Portfolio
Images of 10-15 distinct art works. Submit 1-3 PDF files with each image on a separate page.
Below each image, provide the image number, title, size of work, medium, and date of
completion.
Unofficial Transcripts
Upload to the "Unofficial Transcript" section. Combine transcripts into one PDF (max PDF size:
15 MB per document). If you have more than 15 MB of transcripts, create additional PDF
